Day Seven

Time: 2:06 A.M. to 2:15 A.M.
What: Beets, Curried Potato Stew, Rebar, Two Vega Bars, A Raw Pizza, and a Half a Carob Chew.
How: Came out smooth with a little sting at first, then various sphincter flexion, which irked out some bite sized medallions, then it was tough and sputtered.

And now, the moment all have been waiting for, Stool Stills!!!

Day Five

The Turd Tally has risen to two for today, but I guess it just cancels out yesterdays disappointment.

TIme: 11:40 A.M.
What: Four Carrots, Two heads of Broccoli, Three Bananas, a Nectarine, Two Lara bars, A Kiwi, A cup of Rice with seaweed and sesame sprinkles, and a Half a head of Kale.
How: Took lots of effort, I mean I squeezed hard. Heavy breathing ensued. And after all was done, my ass was a little itchy.

Time: 4:39 P.M.
What: 1/2 cup Rice, One Lara Bar, 3 Beets, A delicious Raw meal from Chaco Canyon consisting of: A Garlic Lover's Pizza, which I'm assuming the crust was made of a flax seed and various other nut blend, with a tomato paste, a ricotta which was probably made from blended nuts and maybe coconut milk, chopped garlic, and a slice of red bell pepper; A slice of Carob pie, some bites of a carrot cake, and some bites of a ginger miso grinder, most excellent.
How: Smooth, liquid fast, but still solid. Beet Red. Erie even because of the colour.

P.S. The FedEx guy left a slip for missed delivery of my digital cam, which will provide stool stills. Very Soon!!

Day Three

Time: 12:19 p.m.
What: Half a head of Bok Choy, two bananas, three apples, a bunch of grapes, four figs, some ginger root, a carrot, a kiwi, some fresh lettuce greens, a squeezed orange, and a little bit of squeezed pomegranate.
How: Very smooth and solid, but a little bit of effort was exerted.

Day Two

My first defecation since I started this LOGblog.
Time: 1:21 p.m.
What: A red kuri squash, four bananas, three apples, a bunch of grapes, half a container of soy delicious, half a box of fig bars, half a box of health valley cookies, some choc covered raisins, a guru chew, a bite of a kiwi, three fresh figs, and various spices.
How: It came out quite smoothly, but clogged the commode.

Day One

The Turd Tally for today was zero, very sad. I did have a false alarm at 12:06 p.m. though. Lotsa Fruit and veggies have been consumed but so far no shit has been excreted. I even did an all night bindge with Brother Clovis which included Soy Delicious, Barbara's Raspberry fig bars, Health Valley oatmeal choc-chip cookies, dark choc covered raisins, and a guru-chew. Good grief, but no shit. Well hopefully tomorrow will bring good news.
