Day Three

Time: 12:19 p.m.
What: Half a head of Bok Choy, two bananas, three apples, a bunch of grapes, four figs, some ginger root, a carrot, a kiwi, some fresh lettuce greens, a squeezed orange, and a little bit of squeezed pomegranate.
How: Very smooth and solid, but a little bit of effort was exerted.
